What we collect
- Signed-in accounts: email and auth ID via Supabase when configured (cloud sync may be paused).
- Coach notes, assignments, and check-ins you create. Demo mode uses sample athletes only.
- Hosting logs (IP, browser, timestamps). We do not sell personal information and do not run ads SDKs.
- Training notes are not medical records. CoachCore is not a HIPAA covered entity. Do not upload real student health records in this beta.
How we use information
To run coaching workflows, remember local notes, and (when signed in) sync if the backend is live. Where EU/UK law applies, MackSims LLC is the controller. Lawful bases: the service you request, legitimate interests (security), and consent for optional sign-in.
Cookies and Do Not Track
Essential local storage and session cookies. No advertising cookies. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track because we do not run third-party ads.
Your controls
Clear site storage for local demo data. Email privacy@macksims.com with subject “Privacy Request” for access, correction, deletion, or other rights (GDPR/UK GDPR and California-style requests). Appeal denials with subject “Privacy Appeal.” macksims.com/account-deletion.
Children
CoachCore is for ages 13 and up. It is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. This beta is not a school student-information system.
Store labels, retention, security
Apple/Google privacy forms should match this notice. United States hosting. Logs typically about 90 days. Verified cloud deletion aims for 30 days live / about 90 days backups. HTTPS. Breach notice as required by Florida and other law.
